“What if”

Like a big wave hitting you in the face as soon as you turn around, unexpected things occur in life. A lot of times the happening wasn’t in your “what if” list. We learn to deal with “happenings” as they come. “Happenings” happen at the time our spirit is ready for that certain lesson, or when it is time for change. Worrying about “what ifs” only causes stress and anxiety. Go with the flow, live day by day, the present, the moment, and we will be ok!
